Hi there! My name is Judy and I am a second-year university student, attending the University of Alberta. I graduated from high school in 2020 with an Alberta Diploma, as well as a full IB Diploma. Throughout junior high, I was part of a math and sciences peer-tutoring program at school, where I tutored my classmates and those in younger grades. Unfortunately, my high school did not offer an official peer tutoring program, however, I did help out my classmates whenever I could and am quite familiar with the content as I just graduated as an Honours Student. I was also part of the HockeyHelpsKids program, where we visited kindergartens around the city to tutor them in math. Additionally, I have been teaching Arabic to children aged 5-10 ever since I was 14 years old. I speak English and Arabic fluently and am currently learning French and American Sign Language. Some of my hobbies include drawing, reading, and sewing. My favorite things to teach are math, biology, and chemistry!
